How to Use a CNC Rebar Bending Center?
As a direct supplier of CNC rebar bending centers, today we’d like to walk you through the various methods of using this equipment.

With the continuous development of the social economy and the growing emphasis on refined management, traditional simple steel processing methods and their many drawbacks have faced significant limitations. Compared to traditional techniques, CNC processing technology stands out with remarkable advantages. Currently, the steel processing technology used in domestic railway construction is relatively outdated, with equipment and methods often obsolete. Traditional approaches mainly rely on manual labor, resulting in low production efficiency, long processing times, poor part quality, high labor intensity, and elevated costs. These issues, to some extent, hinder project quality and make rebar processing a bottleneck in modern construction progress. In contrast, CNC rebar processing equipment adopts highly user-friendly and intelligent CNC systems. It processes rebar according to pre-set programs, ensuring precise sizing, straightening, cutting, and bending. This technology boasts a high first-pass bending success rate, exceptional processing accuracy, and significantly reduced energy consumption. The equipment layout is well-organized, delivering notable economic and social benefits, along with the advantages of high production efficiency and user-friendly, flexible operation.

A CNC rebar bending center can handle rebar with diameters ranging from 12 to 32 mm and is capable of simultaneous bidirectional bending. It is widely used in rebar processing for high-rise buildings, highways, large beam yards, high-speed railways, and other reinforced concrete structures. The equipment is particularly suited for projects involving bridge foundations, capping beams, box girders, T-beams, large hoops, and large frameworks, covering the majority of construction scenarios. A single CNC rebar bending center can process up to 20 tons of rebar per day, replacing the workload of 8 to 10 workers in the same timeframe. This saves manpower and time while significantly boosting work efficiency.

The CNC rebar bending center is powered by four servo motors and features a touchscreen interface for operation. Equipped with a PLC programming and electronic control system, it can automatically detect faults and support graphic editing functions. The machine can bend rebar into various shapes with high production efficiency while being more energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

How to Operate a CNC Rebar Bending Center?
When operating a CNC rebar bending center, start by powering on the equipment. Allow the internal air compressor to reach a pressure of 0.7 MPa. Then, based on production requirements, set the necessary parameters on the control panel and switch the machine to the start mode.

Next, adjust the adjusting block according to the specifications of the rebar to be processed. Once the adjusting block is in the appropriate position, place the middle section of the rebar between the adjusting block and the clamping block. Position the two ends of the rebar into the bending mechanisms of the left and right machine heads. Simultaneously, use the clamping cylinder to move the clamping block upward, securing the middle section of the rebar in place with the adjusting block. Then, step on the foot switch to activate the left and right machine heads, which will bend the two ends of the rebar accordingly.

The CNC rebar bending center consists of a frame and machine heads. The frame is equipped with a track on which the machine heads can slide. During processing, the middle part of the rebar is placed between the adjusting block and clamping block of the clamping mechanism, while the ends of the rebar extend into the machine heads. Inside the machine heads, the bending structure rotates to shape the rebar as required.

In summary, the CNC rebar bending center is a powerful and efficient tool for modern construction, simplifying the rebar bending process with precision and automation. If you have any further questions or need additional details, feel free to reach out!
