Steps for Correctly Using a CNC Rebar Cage Roll Welding Machine
The CNC rebar cage roll welding machine is a PLC-controlled piece of equipment widely used in high-speed rail and bridge construction projects. It brings significant convenience to construction work by simplifying the production of rebar cages. For those unfamiliar with this equipment, the operating process might seem complex at first. However, it’s quite straightforward and effectively reduces the labor intensity of rebar cage processing, freeing workers from heavy manual labor. As a manufacturer of CNC rebar cage roll welding machines, we’re here to walk you through the basic steps of operating this equipment and producing rebar cages.

Operating Steps for Rebar Cage Production
Loading Materials
Place the main bars on the main bar rack and the winding bars (hoops) on the hoop rack.

Positioning the Main Bars
Pass the main bars through the distribution plate from the fixed disc to the movable disc, and secure them on the movable disc.

Welding the Hoops and Main Bars
Cross-weld the hoops to the main bars to secure them in place. Continuously wind the hoops around the main bars in two loops side by side, ensuring a firm weld with the main bars.

Synchronized Rotation and Welding
Both discs of the roll welding machine rotate simultaneously, allowing the hoops to continuously wrap around the main bars while welding. At the same time, the movable disc slowly moves forward.

Final Welding and Separation
After winding the hoops in two side-by-side loops and welding them securely, cut off the hoops. Then, move the rebar cage to separate it from the fixed disc.

Removing the Rebar Cage
Loosen the bolts securing the main bars and the movable disc. Move the finished rebar cage to detach it from the movable disc. Finally, shift the processed cage away from the support frame, lower the frame back to its original position, and return the movable disc to its starting point to prepare for the next cage.

Maintenance and Care Tips
Routine Maintenance is Key
The proper functioning of the rebar cage roll welding machine relies on regular maintenance. During operation, perform periodic cleaning and care to ensure all components work smoothly and to boost overall efficiency.

Daily Cleaning and Inspection
After each day’s production, clean the equipment thoroughly. Pay close attention to the wear and tear of various parts. If any component shows significant wear, replace it promptly to avoid malfunctions that could affect processing quality.

Regular Lubrication for Longevity
Regularly apply lubricating oil to the machine to maintain smooth operation. Proper lubrication not only enhances work efficiency but also extends the equipment’s lifespan. Poor lubrication can severely impact processing quality, so always choose high-quality oil and apply it adequately.

In summary, mastering the use of a CNC rebar cage roll welding machine is simpler than it appears. By following these steps and maintaining the equipment properly, you can ensure efficient production and high-quality rebar cages while minimizing manual labor.
