Pass the main bars through the distribution plate from the fixed disc to the movable disc, and secure them on the movable disc.
Welding the Hoops and Main Bars
Cross-weld the hoops to the main bars to secure them in place. Continuously wind the hoops around the main bars in two loops side by side, ensuring a firm weld with the main bars.
Synchronized Rotation and Welding
Both discs of the roll welding machine rotate simultaneously, allowing the hoops to continuously wrap around the main bars while welding. At the same time, the movable disc slowly moves forward.
Final Welding and Separation
After winding the hoops in two side-by-side loops and welding them securely, cut off the hoops. Then, move the rebar cage to separate it from the fixed disc.

Loosen the bolts securing the main bars and the movable disc. Move the finished rebar cage to detach it from the movable disc. Finally, shift the processed cage away from the support frame, lower the frame back to its original position, and return the movable disc to its starting point to prepare for the next cage.
